On July 5, 1985, Thrasher Magazine released the album "Burning at the Speed of Light” via Combat Records.

Background:

"Burning at the Speed of Light" by Thrasher Magazine was one of the most intriguing musical projects ever to emerge from the 80's Metal scene. Gathering musicians from genres like Hard Rock, Heavy Metal and Thrash Metal. This one album collaboration delivers a handful of stylistically variegated and brilliantly composed songs, each showcasing the most unique features of the 80’s Metal era. Featuring members of Blue Cheer, Bible Black, Playground, Lone Ranger, KSB, TKO, War Babies and more. It's a collection of cleverly arranged tracks, each song revealing different themes and talents.
